DPS Troopers discovered 15 illegal immigrants during a traffic stop in Uvalde County. Troopers stopped a truck towing a car hauler on January 13, 2023. The illegal immigrants were hidden inside the vehicles on the car hauler. The driver, from Houston, was arrested and charged with human smuggling. All 15 illegal immigrants were referred to Border Patrol.
