Uniform design

The new Patterson High School marching band uniform.

The Patterson High marching band is working on securing a new set of uniforms for the next school year. A design is finalized and students are now in the process of raising the necessary funds.

If the band raises $10,000, the school will cover the rest. Each uniform will cost about $350 and there are plans to purchase around 80 outfits.

The school is running an online Snap! Raise fundraiser campaign until February 15. Donations are tax-deductible.

Those interested in contributing can also mail donations to Patterson High School Marching Band, 200 North Seventh St., Patterson, CA 95363 or contact Spencer Jepson at sjepson@patterson.k12.ca.us.

Current uniforms are 15 years old and showing their age, according to the high school.

People can keep up with the marching band’s activities on the group's Facebook page.
