The Yosemite Community College Board of Trustees is seeking applications from qualified individuals interested in serving on the YCCD Measure E Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committee (CBOC).

Current vacancies exist in the categories of “Community At-large” and “Student Representatives” for Modesto Junior College and Columbia College. Employees or officials of the district, vendors, contractors or consultants of the district are not eligible to serve on the committee.

The committee’s primary function is to inform the public regarding the use of the bond funds, and to review expenditures and prepare an Annual Report for YCCD’s $326.1 million bond measure.

The CBOC committee meets quarterly. Minutes, agendas and other supporting documents are posted on the CBOC website at yosemite.edu/bond. The next CBOC meeting is scheduled for March 4, 2015.

Applications can be obtained from the YCCD Chancellor’s Office, 2201 Blue Gum Ave., Modesto, CA 95352, by calling 575-6509, or by going online at yosemite.edu/bond/committee
