Saturday’s graduation ceremony at Kimball High saw 320 high school seniors make the transition into high school graduates as they marched down the field at Don Nicholson Stadium and stepped on stage to collect their diplomas.
The Jakara Movement has established itself at Kimball High School, and to demonstrate the service-oriented nature of the organization the group hosted a town hall style meeting on May 2 at West High to share the work the students did over the course of the school year.
Winning their first Tri-City Athletic League (TCAL) championship since 2019 saw the Tracy High softball team clean up the All-TCAL individual honors with a total of eight players being recognized for their efforts.
