A day of my life in Tracy? It depends on the season. In summer we go to the art walks, catching colors of crafts and murals. In autumn we file into local coffee shops and watch hefty homecoming parades float by. And winter, stringed lights from street lamp to street lamp, we huddle for photographs under the tallest, twinkling Christmas tree. But spring, I’d argue, is the best of them all. The flowers begin to bloom again and creativity blossoms too. Visual arts in the Expressions Art Show, performers from Main Street music, and of course new ballets, plays, and programs at the Grand Theatre. Spring is the time when Tracy’s imagination is refreshed. But no matter the season, this everlasting creativity is present within my day-to-day life in Tracy.
