it's obvious to anyone that the job/housing balance is light on the JOB and heavy on the HOUSING scale.
Be advised it takes about 1.5 hours on a good day to get to the Bay Area during commute times.
I moved to Tracy in 2003 believing this technology park would come to fruition, it didn't and therefore I commute over 580 to my job in the bay area. WE DON'T NEED MORE HOUSES. 580 is worse as its been since I moved here.

They had to build a dual purpose lane OR tear out the eastbound carpool lane for the second time, since it does not meet the requirements of a carpool lane to reduce traffic delays. My bet is the new dual purpose lane is immune to that. I'm wondering how much money CHP will spend enforcing…
